    Product Return Policy: We must receive notification of returns or exchanges within 5 business days from the date of purchase.  All retail purchases must be physically returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Items must be unopened for a full refund. Store credit may be issued at the discretion of management.

    Service Policy:  All appointments are subject to a pre-paid deposit at the time of booking.  Deposits will not be refunded for same-day cancellations.

    Privacy Policy: We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history.
