This website offers visitors skin care products, appointment booking for skin care treatments and general skin care advice.  By accessing or using the website of these services and products, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms

Product Return Policy: We must receive notification of returns or exchanges within 5 business days from the date of purchase.  All retail purchases must be physically returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Items must be unopened for a full refund. Store credit may be issued at the discretion of management.

Service Policy:  All appointments are subject to a pre-paid deposit at the time of booking.  Deposits will not be refunded for same-day cancellations.

Privacy Policy: We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
