Service Description

The Treatment Facial is designed for the client seeking to initiate correction for specific conditions such as hyperpigmentation, acne/breakouts or ingrown hair. The service includes in-depth skin analysis, cleansing, customized chemical exfoliation, extractions as needed, condition-specific serum infusion and SPF. A Subscription of 4 facials and home care products are recommended for the best results.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit will be charged for select appointments, payable at the time of scheduling the appointment. All appointments need to be made at least 2 hours before the appointment date and time. Same day are subject to availability. Cancellations need to be submitted at least 24 hours before the date and time of the appointment.

Product Return Policy: We must receive notification of returns or exchanges within 5 business days from the date of purchase.  All retail purchases must be physically returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Items must be unopened for a full refund. Store credit may be issued at the discretion of management.

Service Policy:  All appointments are subject to a pre-paid deposit at the time of booking.  Deposits will not be refunded for same-day cancellations.

Privacy Policy: We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
